Attorney Jimmy P. Beaudoin is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and also a partner at the law firm of Beaudoin Bouchard & Associates. Mr. Beaudoin completed his law degree at Université Laval and works mainly in immigration law, labour law and corporate law. Mr. Beaudoin advises and counsels several clients who want to come to Canada either for permanent or temporary status in the country. Attorney Jimmy P. Beaudoin also worked as a custom officer for the Canada Border Services Agency. Mr. Beaudoin has worked for more than a decade in several positions for various law firms.

Attorney Nazar Saaty is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and a partner at the law firm of Beaudoin Bouchard & Associates. He studied Law at the Université de Montréal. He has always had an interest in volunteering in his community and has helped for years with fundraising for various charity organizations. Mr. Saaty’s fields of practice are immigration law, and criminal and penal law. He is a polyglot fluent in French, English, Arabic and Italian. While studying at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, Mr. Saaty worked at the Concordia Student Union’s Legal Information Clinic and at the Filipino Women’s Organization in Quebec, assisting people in immigration, criminal and penal law, consumer protection law, labour law and human rights law.

Attorney Pierre-Luc Bouchard is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and partner at Beaudoin Bouchard & Associates law firm. He practices in the field of Immigration law, Corporate law and Labor law. He graduated from Laval University Faculty of Law and he also holds a degree in Political Science from Concordia University and a Master degree in Public Administration from l’École nationale d’administration publique. With this background, Mr. Bouchard advises and counsels many clients on all matters pertaining to immigration ranging from business immigration to humanitarian immigration.
Mr. Bouchard has represented several refugees at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and at Federal Court. He also helped newcomers in establishing their businesses in Canada and advises businesses in recruiting workers from other countries. In addition to his work in immigration also helps businesses with their labor relations and represents clients at the Tribunal du travail du Québec.
The general manager is a partner at the law firm of Beaudoin Bouchard & Associates and helps with the administration of the firm in several domains from training employees to managing daily operations with the clients and staff members. Mr. Hamideh has completed his training in immigration consulting with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, and also earned a degree in Political Science and Administration from Concordia University in 2005. He worked for eight years as the coordinator for Concordia Student Union Advocacy Centre at Concordia University where he helped international students with their immigration documents, such as student permits, work permits, CAQs, CSQs, and permanent residencies. Mr. Hamideh is also very involved in his own community, having been for many years the vice-president of the Canadian Muslim Forum (an NPO) and an active member of Human Concern International under which he has organized several charity events for Syrian refugees and for other people in need.
